No. In the state of Texas, you may see a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is residency trained for 3 weeks (business days). Beyond that, you would need a referral or if I determine you may need to see an MD I can refer you to the appropriate provider. Craniosacral therapy is separate from physical therapy and does not require a referral.
Generally, I will travel a 30-min radius before adding extra mileage charges. I also consider times/traffic since it can be an issue in this greater Houston region!
